Thickness / section	Confirm each section and component on the approved drawing.
Finish and edges	Confirm visible faces, finish, chamfers, edge profile, holes and grooves against samples and drawings.
Quantity and batch	List quantity by size and component; approve colour range and batch requirements before production.
Packing and delivery	Confirm pallet or crate, separators, corner protection, labels, destination and required arrival date.
Acceptance and tests	Agree tolerance and inspection in writing. Density, absorption and strength require stone-specific test records.
